Itinerary

• Day1

  Kandy

  You will be greeted by our fantastic chauffer tour guides on arrival at the Colombo Airport and will be escorted to your hotel in Kandy.

  Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage: Orphanage was started in 1975 to house abandoned and wounded elephants.

  Lying amidst the hills, Kandy is the last capital of the ancient kings of Sri Lanka.

  While you are on Kandy city tour you would visit: Temple of Tooth Relic, and Royal Botanical garden.  And also you will visit Gem Museum, Spice garden and wooden craft as well while on the city tour.

  Cultural dance performance in the evening.

  Dinner and Overnight in Kandy. 

• Day2

  Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

  Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Transfer to Nuwara Eliya.

  Nuwara Eliya (City of Lights), blessed with salubrious climate and breathtaking views. It is also known as “Little England”, which was the favorite hill station of the British who tried to create Nuwara Eliya into a typical English Village.

  While you are on Nuwara Eliya city tour you would visit: Golf course, trout streams, Victoria Park, and boating or fishing on Lake Gregory, Seethe Eliya Temple, Haggala Gardens, Ramboda Sri Hanuman Temple, Ravana Ella Falls, Seetha Amman Temple, Divurumpola Temple Gayathri Peedam etc.

  Dinner and Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

   

• Day3

  Nuwara Eliya - Bentota

  Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Transfer to Bentota.

  Bentota is the city of the Golden Beaches. You will be able to relax and feel the spirit of the sea and the warmth of the soft sand.

  While you are on Bentota city tour you would enjoy: a boat ride along the Madhu River. It is a scenic tour relaxing and interesting while passing many islets forested with mangroves and experience the natural rhythms as well. The Turtle Hatchery is the prime turtle nesting site which was open by the Wild life Protection Society in 1981. (Optional visits)

  Dinner and Overnight in Bentota.

• Day4

  Bentota - Colombo

  Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Transfer to Colombo.

  Colombo is the largest city and commercial capital of Sri Lanka. Located on the west coast, it is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern and colonial impressions.

  While you are on the city tour in Colombo:  Galle Face Green, the Viharamahadevi Park, Independence Hall at Independence Square,(Major sites). Twin World Trade Center towers, Old Parliament Building, Fort district, and prominent Buddhist, Hindu, Islam and Christian places of worship. (Entrance fees to sites not included). National Museum (01 hour to visit)

  For shopping, you may visit Odel, House of Fashion, Beverly Street, Majestic City, Noritake, etc.

  Dinner at the restaurant / hotel and Overnight in Colombo.

• Day5

  Departure

  Breakfast at the hotel – Check out & proceed to the Airport for your departure flight back home with all the happy memories in the beautiful island, Sri Lanka.
