Delhi Manali Overnight by Volvo
VALID ONLY FOR A COUPLE.You need to arrive at Boarding point of Volvo as per the address for boarding the Manali bound A/C Volvo in the evening (5pm Approx.). Overnight stay is in A/C Volvo bus.

Manali
1st Day After arrival in Manali Pick from Volvo station and drop at Hotel, after a fresh up break start the Local City Tour, i.e. Handimba Temple, Club House, Van vihar& The Mall and drop at Hotel (Duration 3.5 to 4 Hours) -
Day3
Manali
After breakfast in morning, we shall take you for an excursion visiting Sohlang Valley and Vashsiht Temple. Return to hotel in evening, and overnight stay at hotel.

This day is free to go to Rohtang Pass :Note: Visit to Rohtang pass depends on weather conditions and clearance given by The Indian Army. Separate vehicle with entry permit you will have to hire for the same on the spot at Manali. Vehicular traffic will be allowed as per government order. Woollen dreeses and ski equipments are available on hire for sports activities. Or leisure at hotel.

Manali-Delhi Overnight by Volvo
After breakfast check out from hotel at 12:00 hrs and transfer you to Manali Bus depot for your onward journey to Delhi.( Volvo is at 5 pm till that time you can go for shopping)

- Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
- Expenses caused by the factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, road blocks, political disturbances, etc…
Terms & Conditions
Package rates quoted are calculated at the prevailing rates on twin sharing basis and are subject to change in the event government changes the tax policy/ if hotels change their rates or for situations beyond control of Trinity World Holidays Pvt Ltd.
Packages rates quoted shall also vary due to changes in the itinerary, hotels, car and the number of persons travelling.
Extra expenses incurred for transportation/accommodation due to delay, any natural or political disturbances like landslides, strikes, road blocks etc. must be borne by you on tour.
Christmas Gala dinner for 24th December and New Year Gala dinner for 31st December will be charged extra.
Individual passengers are responsible for safety of personal/ valuable belongings.
Hotel vouchers will be mailed to you on PDF format on receipt of full payment .
Driver contact details will be given only 01 day prior to the commencement of your tour (between 5.00 pm- 7 pm)
Air conditioning in the car/transport will be turned off while climbing Hills.
Room heater is not included in the package. It's available with applicable charges, payable
directly at hotel
Non Ac rooms are provided in all hill stations.
Cab service will be provided as per itinerary, not on disposal basis. Cab Service booked (If any) in the package will be operational from 9 AM till 7 PM only. Cab will
not be available after this time, until and otherwise mentioned specifically.
In case of Triple sharing room, rolling mattress (Extra bed)will be provided for third person
Given hotels and rooms are on confirmed state but in case of any unexpected situation or any
technical fault which lead to the cancellation/overbooking of any booked Hotel, Trinity world holidays reserves
rights to change the hotel and provide any other hotel of similar standard.
In case of non-payment of package cost or any unpaid component of the Package, the voucher
shall stands null and void
Trinity World holidays entire liability to the Client for any claim arising out of this Package / browsing the
website/ application, shall be limited to the amount equivalent to the price paid by the Client for
the Package giving rise to such claim minus all applicable taxes and third-party charges.
Do not forget to carry valid government photo ID proof while travelling. Valid ID proofs include
passport, aadhar card, voter ID, and driving license.
You are advised to look at the reviews about hotels you are staying before booking the package. Amending the hotel after booking will attract additional charge of Rs.500 per person. Changing hotel /meal plan/ car/refund of unused meals on tour is not possible.

Some tips:
- Carry all your ATM and credit cards, and take care of your ready money also.
- If visiting a temple, it is advised to adhere to the code and conduct of the temple.
- Dispose all litter carefully. Plastic bags are banned in Himachal
- Dispose bio degradable/ non degradable waste properly while you are exploring Himalayas.
- Avoid eating while travelling to a higher altitude to avoid nausea/ vomiting.
- Avoid travelling or driving late in the night due to low visibility and safety issues
- Some monuments may require special permissions for photography or filming.
- Tourists intended to take adventure activities are advised to seek necessary permissions if required
- Vehicular traffic is restricted in certain areas
- Water may freeze in high altitude areas, thus, thermos is recommended
- Keep heavy woollen clothing, rubber soled shoes, gloves, torch, food (energy bars, dry fruits, packaged food etc.), water, some instrument to lit fire (match box/ lighter etc.) handy
- It is highly advised to not stand near the cliff or on the bolder or near the bank of the river or step into the river for photographs etc. since water currents in rivers of Himachal Pradesh are very strong
